What Happens When We Give Gratitude?

What happens when we give gratitude? What are the benefits and how to see more greatness in our lives. When we live in the moment, life becomes more enriching. We can appreciate the little things and not waste time on wishing for the bigger.
This was a great video about how to use gratitude minute by minute and build on our passions and to live from the inside.

Some of the top researchers have shown us the clinical studies and now it is time to take action. When we keep a journal of gratitude, our lives shift. Shift can improve our health, our outlook on life and we can begin to take steps to clear our worries and reduce the stress. There is less a need to consume more and more. We can define what is enough and how we can appreciate what we have right now.

Gratitude shift is our ability to see more clearly when challenges arise. We look for the ways not to have more strife or more problems. We look for a solution and work towards a more humane way of being. Recently, I received a call from my neighbor who took the time to let me know something was amiss at my home. Because, we had built up an exchange of being a good neighbor, I was thankful that he could assist me while I was a way from home. Having good neighbors is important in todays world of rarely speaking and knowing who lives next door.

Take time to reach out and not allow barriers to prevent you from overcoming differences. If I had allowed a dispute about my garden to become more important than finding a common area of agreement, I would not have received that concern from my neighbor. Before you condemn, look inside and think again, how can you find a better way to resolve differences.

Wishing you happiness, health and wealth.
