Today I spent the morning reviewing my blogs, newsletters and my marketing and realized that 2014 still requires us to connect both online and offline. Find our what the reason a person came to your site, what are they needing and fill the need. I am thankful that I was reminded that customer service can set us for greater success. Make that phone call, reconnect and check how you can help instead of selling.
Gratitude is you best customer service. I googled gratitude and found so many images and quotes that inspired me. Daily journals, apps and words that spark us to create a life with purpose and to help others to see their greatness.
