I chose these quotes as the foundation of describing what makes a leader and how to define success that has the greatest impact in the world and in our community.  The foundation that we create will determine if our success is based on sand, salt or a firm foundation that can withstand the test of time.  As we embark on a new year and the close of the year, it is time to reflect on what we have learned and what we will discard and move forward.

Today I am choosing to find new ways to tell my story– in video, print and word of mouth.  Each method has a special way of touching people and leaving an imprint.

1. Video has the way of showing how to view my products, services and build a following.  My products are paper beads jewelry, serentity teas, and high fashion accessories.  The use of social media also helps with the branding.
2. Print can be in the form of newsletter, blog or book.  I have several books that I have created that can be enjoyed by others.
3. Word of mouth is perhaps the best method.  This allows me to connect face to face and then follow up with the social media or email.
